In 1991 with the VISION and determination to DESIGN & BUILD a STRONG, COMPETITIVE & impressive HOUSES, TOWNHOUSE, buildings etc. to its CLIENTS, JANET HERNANDEZ founded the JHM PROPERTIES & CONSTRUCTION, in Sta. Lucia, Pasig and later transfer to its present office located at 10 Garfield st., Phase4, Parkwood Executive Village, Maybunga, Pasig City with its new NAME EISENKRAFT BUILDERS & SUPPLY. Its objective is CONTINOUS DESIGNS & INNOVATIONS not only for the CLIENT but for the COUNTRY ECONOMIC condition that will RISE to its INTEGRITY.
